Trinity Health MI's Hauenstein 2 unit in Grand Rapids seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced critical care setting.

You will care for a diverse patient population, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and pursue specialty certification and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and program.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Michigan RN license; BLS and ACLS required (ACLS within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a multi-specialty critical care unit.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions; document accurately in EHR.
• Pursue specialty certification and participate in ongoing professional development.

Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse and complex patient population while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative interdisciplinary team. RNs on Hauenstein 2 develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties, strengthening clinical judgment and technical skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting. The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.

What Registered Nurse, RN will need

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program


• Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.


• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire


• Licensed in the State of Michigan


• Certs: BLS, ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months)


• Experience as an RN required.
