Job summary

Trinity Health's Hauenstein 2 unit in Grand Rapids is seeking a registered nurse to join a fast-paced critical care team on the night shift. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and a 7p-7:30a schedule, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with a skilled interdisciplinary team.

The RN must have an accredited nursing degree and Michigan licensure; ADN is acceptable with BSN progression.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• If ADN in Grand Rapids, must enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Certs: BLS, ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months).
• Experience as an RN required.

Responsibilities

• Work full time: 36 hours per week, 7p-7:30a.
• Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced CCU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.

Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse and complex patient population while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative interdisciplinary team.

RNs on Hauenstein 2 develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties, strengthening clinical judgment and technical skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting. The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.

What Registered Nurse, RN will need:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
