BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Tele Unit at Winter Haven Hospital. The RN provides direct patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes on a busy unit.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
