Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Tele Float Pool Nights- Northern Region Tier 1. The role requires ongoing patient-centered nursing care across Med-Surg units, with data-driven quality improvement and strong teamwork.

You will provide education to patients and families, coordinate care, and cooperate with ICU/Telemetry teams during night shifts. A BSN is preferred and the position involves regular night rotations.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN required).
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 4 years RN experience in Med-Surg.
• Currently working in a Med-Surg unit.
• Active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

• Float to all Intensive Care Units within the Central & Eastern Region.
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care per policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge steps.
