Job summary

Aurora Medical Center Kenosha’s MS5 unit is a 16-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in oncology care with inpatient chemotherapy needs. We’re seeking a skilled RN to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards.

You will meet BLS within 30 days of hire and complete telemetry training within 30 days of orientation; chemotherapy administration certificate within one year.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Telemetry training within 30 days of orientation.
• Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certificate within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead clinical decision making to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
