Job summary

Advocate Health in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg Observation unit. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for short-term monitoring, using the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers 30 hours per week, with potential to float to other units, and a comprehensive benefits package within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state; BLS required
• BSN preferred and graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for short-term monitoring and evaluation
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and adjust care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils and quality initiatives
• Promote safety and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Possibly float to other units as needed and uphold ANA Code of Ethics
