Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• BSN required after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care across the continuum in Med Surg, 24/7/365 operations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs following Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
