Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, invites qualified RNs to join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit, delivering patient-centered care on a fast-paced team. With stays of 3–4 days and patient ratios of 5:1 by day and 6:1 at night, you’ll collaborate to build strong clinical skills and provide excellent care.

Requirements include NH RN license (or compact), BCLS within 30 days, ACLS within 1 year; BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• NH RN license or compact state required.
• BSN degree strongly preferred.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered care on a fast-paced Medical/Surgical unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs with accuracy and compassion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights.
