Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced registered nurse for our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit on the Seacoast. You'll provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help manage telemetry patients in a fast-paced environment.

BSN preferred; NH state RN license or a compact license is required, with BCLS certification. One year of Med/Surg RN experience strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license - NH state or any compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and ensure patient safety.

Unit Overview

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.
