Job summary

Advocate Trinity Hospital – Med Surg in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time 36-hour week position. The role requires passing the NCLEX, an Illinois RN license, and BLS certification, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typical.
• Active RN license in Illinois.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Identify changes in patient condition and adapt care plans in collaboration with the health team.
• Promote patient safety and coordinate discharge planning using interdisciplinary approaches.
