You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support discharge planning and patient education. Requirements include ADN or higher, valid RN license, 1 year medical‑surgical experience, BLS, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or equivalent
• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in med-surg
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
