Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical for Montebello, CA. The role covers a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions. Shift options include day and night, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support discharge planning. Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS, and 1 year of medical-surgical experience; EMR proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active RN license in good standing
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably medical-surgical
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care
• Document patient care accurately in line with hospital policies

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift

Job types available: full time and part time

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
