Job summary

Incredible Health in Framingham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse – Med Surg to deliver compassionate care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide medications, monitor vitals, and support discharge planning.

The ideal candidate has ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS, and 1 year MS/Med-Surg experience, with EMR proficiency. This role offers full benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in MS/Med-Surg.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.
