Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) in Glendale, AZ to provide compassionate care for a diverse patient population in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably Med-Surg.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement care plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR per hospital and departmental policies.
