Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Tulare, CA to deliver compassionate care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. This role requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, and BLS certification.

You will work the night shift, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will manage medications, monitor vitals, document outcomes, and assist with discharge planning while educating

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license mandatory.
• Proven ability to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care; document care accurately.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
