Job summary

Incredible Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions. You will monitor and administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate with the care team to support smooth discharges.

The role requires ADN or higher, active RN licensure, 1 year of medical-surgical experience, BLS certification, and strong EMR skills.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policies.
