Job summary

Incredible Health in Fresno, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to join our hospital partners. The role requires at least 1 year of med-surg experience, ADN or higher, and an active RN license with BLS. Responsibilities include direct patient care, med administration, and care coordination for discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
