Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred in Med-Surg or similar.

• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patients with acute/chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document care meticulously in EMR in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $61,300 to $100,978 /year
