Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse — Medical-Surgical in the Washington, DC area. The role supports cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedic and more, with several shift options (day, night, mid) and multiple contract types (full-time, part-time, per diem).

A strong RN license, BLS, and 1 year Med-Surg experience are preferred. The position emphasizes thorough patient education, accurate documentation in EMR, and collaborative care planning with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably medical-surgical.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR per policies.

Qualifications
