Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical in the Boston, MA area. The position requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and at least one year of medical-surgical experience.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Multiple shifts and employment types are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.

• 1 year nursing experience, medical-surgical preferred.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
