The role is full-time with a rotational on-call schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering a wage range of $95,000–$135,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

As a Nurse Manager at Castle Peak, you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults

Position Type: Full-Time with a rotational on-call schedule

Shift Available: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wage Range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually depending on experience

Bonus: $10,000

RN Manager Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Manages other nurses and nursing aides' responsibilities and outcomes
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift
• Performs additional duties as required

RN Nurse Manager Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing License
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred
