Castle Peak, a Cassia senior living community in Eagle, CO, is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to uphold independence and dignity for residents in a loving setting. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure exemplary care with a compassionate leadership approach.

The role is full-time with a rotational on-call schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering a wage range of $95,000–$135,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage nursing team responsibilities.
