Castle Peak, a Cassia community in Eagle, Colorado, seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to support residents with compassionate, high-quality care. You will administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and help residents maintain independence in a supportive nonprofit setting.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts (NOC) with a wage range of $30.60–$37.00 per hour and bonus opportunities up to $10,000 for full-time nurses.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Nursing License (CO) is required.
• Experience in geriatric care strongly preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays courtesy and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor outcomes.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Document care with computerized medication administration and charting systems.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes; take follow-up action.
• Monitor on-duty nursing staff during shift.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Position Type:Full-Time
12 Hour Shifts Available:
Nights (NOC) 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Wage Range: $30.60 - $37.00 depending on experience.

Bonus: $5,000 Part-Time, $10,000 Full-Time

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care stronglypreferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
