Castle Peak, a Cassia community in Eagle, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. The role includes administering medications, coordinating resident-related care, and documenting care using charting software.

The ideal candidate holds a CO nursing license with geriatric experience and strong communication skills. Shift options include 12-hour nights with differential, and part- or full-time bonuses are offered to eligible staff.

• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes and follows up as needed.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time

12-Hour Shifts Available: Nights 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Wage Range: $38 - $50 per hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current CO Nursing License.
• Prior experience in geriatric care stronglypreferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
