The Manager will lead 160+ staff, manage a wide range of clinical activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding strategic initiatives. Salary range is $150,000–$210,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Oregon RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association at hire.
• Recent first-line management experience.
• Experience leading 160+ staff.
• Clinical experience 3+ years.
• Ability to handle 50-hour work weeks.

Base Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 Per Year
