I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions in Portland, Oregon is seeking an RN Manager – Operating Room to lead one or more OR units. You will oversee clinical operations, drive patient safety, mentor staff, and align daily activities with our mission of high-quality care.

This full-time day-shift role offers relocation assistance and a competitive salary range of $133,515 to $210,787, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• AHA BLS Certification (upon hire).
• Recent first-line management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of RN clinical experience in the Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned OR units.
• Ensure quality patient care delivery consistent with organizational standards.
• Guide clinical teams, manage daily operations, and support staff development.
