Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Case Management and oversee the case management team.
• Coordinate and evaluate department activities.
• Improve hospital utilization, support reimbursement processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support medical necessity and denial prevention efforts.
• Promote appropriate patient length of stay, prevent readmissions, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Ensure care coordination and regulatory compliance.
