Pay: $97,700 - $104K Per Year (based on Degree)

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (paid in first paycheck)

Job Details

Job Title: Nursing Program Instructor

The Registered Nurse Program Instructor will organize and lead faculty to ensure quality classroom instruction. They will administer programs, monitor the learning process, and tailor course materials to students' levels and needs, helping students develop employable skills for careers aligned with their abilities and employer expectations.

Must Have
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in Connecticut required
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required; if only BSN, must be willing to obtain Master's degree
  • Holds a BSN with a Master’s in healthcare-related field
  • Holds a Master’s in Nursing (MSN)
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as LPN or RN required, recent experience preferred
  • Classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
