Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Clearfield in Clearfield, UT is seeking compassionate nurses (RN or LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
