Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients who were exposed to nuclear work. You will deliver patient-centered care directly in clients' homes, supported by a nurse-led, mission-driven team.

This role offers a stable schedule, weekend shift differential, and benefits including PTO, health insurance, a 401(k), and EAP.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nevada.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements

Job description

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. Shift Differential added for Weekend Shifts

Shifts: 8a-8p FRI / SAT / SUN
