Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a local day contract in Clovis, New Mexico. The assignment runs 36 hours per week, with a 13–14 week expected duration and a Sunday/Thursday/Saturday schedule.

This is a W-2 local contract through our client, with overtime paid after 40 hours in the workweek. The RN will assess residents, develop and evaluate care plans, administer medications, supervise delegated care, and communicate changes across shifts while upholding dignity, privacy

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and current RN authorization to practice in New Mexico.
• Current CPR certification and readiness to complete assignment-specific credentialing and screening.
• Clinical experience appropriate to the confirmed skilled nursing and rehabilitation assignment; exact requirements will be reviewed before acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, develop and evaluate care plans with the clinical team.
• Administer ordered medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise delegated care and document accurately across shifts.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the team promptly.
• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy and safety at all times.

Registered Nurse — Local Day Contract

Bring compassionate, dependable nursing care to Our Client in Clovis, New Mexico. Domnovate Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a local skilled nursing and rehabilitation contract.

Pay and schedule

Regular-hour W-2 pay is $40–$43 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors. This local pay range includes no traveler stipend. Applicable overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours in the Sunday–Saturday workweek; any additional hours require approval.

The current schedule is Sunday, Thursday and Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with a 30-minute meal period, for 36 scheduled hours per week. The order lists a 36-hour guarantee, subject to the final written assignment terms. The expected assignment is 13–14 weeks. Actual start and end dates will be confirmed after availability, credentialing and required client approval; the originally listed start has passed.

Your contribution

Assess residents, develop and evaluate care plans with the clinical team, administer ordered medications and treatments, supervise delegated care, document accurately and communicate changes in condition across shifts. Protect each resident’s dignity, privacy and safety.
