Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local on-site contract in Clovis, NM. The role emphasizes attentive care, timely documentation, and clear communication with the care team.

You’ll provide nursing care within your licensed scope, monitor patients, administer meds, and support a safe, person-centered environment. The assignment runs 6:00 PM–6:30 AM with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico LPN license or certification appropriate to the selected role, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within your licensed or certified scope.
• Careful observations, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential, orientation and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical nursing care within authorized scope and care plans.
• Monitor patient needs, administer medications and treatments as authorized, communicate changes to the RN or provider, support safe care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow professional standards, care plans and safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach.
