Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Danvers, MA. We offer full-time and PRN opportunities with shifts including 7 am–3 pm and additional 3 pm–11 pm/11 pm–7 am for PRN.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with up to $1.50 shift differential and Daily Pay. Join a facility focused on compassionate, dignity-driven resident care and a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
• Deliver supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
