Mill Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking RN candidates in Massachusetts. RN opportunities include up to $50,000 in student loan repayments and stipends, with daily pay and both full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the physician’s plan of treatment and plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions; report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
