The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced RN to join our team in a full-time and PRN capacity in Massachusetts. Nurses provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed with attention to safety and quality. Competitive hourly pay with flexible shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
