The Black Women’s Mental Health Institute seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for per diem work in a premier Massachusetts senior living community. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and perform skilled nursing assessments to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Massachusetts.
• At least two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience or interest in working with older adults.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
