Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care aligned with Holland Home’s mission.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, maintain medication carts, and follow physician orders.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and other staff members.
• Assist physicians with evaluations and procedures as needed.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support and addressing concerns.

Opportunities

Full-Time RN/LPN positions available on 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm), 64 hours per pay period, with rotating days. Also, part-time shifts are offered, including day, evening, night, and 12-hour shifts, with varying hours and schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid MI RN/LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory; support is available on units.
• Basic computer skills for EMR documentation.
