Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate resident care aligned with Holland Home’s mission
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, maintain the medication cart, and follow physician orders
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other staff
• Assist physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
• Ensure timely completion of documentation
• Establish trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support and addressing concerns

Schedule Options

• Full Time, 64 hours per pay period, 2:30pm - 11pm, Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
• Full Time, 64 hours per pay period, 2:30pm - 11pm, Week 1: Sun, Tue, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat
• Part Time, 32 hours per pay period, 2:30pm - 11pm, Week 1 & 2: Sat, Sun

Qualifications

• Valid MI RN/LPN license
• CPR certification
• Geriatrics experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills for EMR documentation
