Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN experience.
• Virginia RN license or compact state required.
• BSN required; ASN preferred.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate nursing care with oversight of staff using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient/family teaching and discharge planning with care team.
• Communicate the plan of care to health team members.
• Support performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and hospital committees.
• Perform duties as assigned.
