Job summary

Aventura Healthcare Group in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, manage daily clinical operations, and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

You will develop individualized care plans, administer medications, respond to changes in resident condition, and contribute to audits and safety protocols. This on-site role offers full-time shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols.
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives.
• Educate residents and families on care and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
