CareOne, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for our Elizabeth, NJ and Westwood, NJ locations. The RN will coordinate shifts, oversee the nursing process, and provide direct and indirect care according to plans of care while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• 1 year of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to the nursing process.
• Coordinate shift responsibilities and oversee nursing processes.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Assess resident conditions and respond using the nursing process.
• Communicate with physicians and document changes in resident condition.
