CareOne at Marlton, located in Marlton, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our long-term and short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• 1 year of related nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process.
• May function as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
• Direct day to day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide assessment of and respond to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process.
• Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standard of care.
• Complete and ensure LPN and CNA documentation of care according to policies.
• Complete reports such as 24-hour change in condition and Incident/Accident reports.
• Provide immediate response to resident risk situations and report incidents as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
• Document changes in resident condition and medical plans of care.
