Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• Coordinate and oversee nursing tasks as applicable (Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor).
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Assess resident conditions and respond using the nursing process.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and document appropriately.
