Job summary
Brookwood Care Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Capability to lead and collaborate with care teams and supervise STNAs.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and guidelines for facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and wound care.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned STNAs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure high-quality care and identify improvements.
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate resident records and participate in quality initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
