Heatherdowns Nursing and Rehab seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and treatments, while supporting clinical teams with compassionate, high-quality care.

You will supervise STNAs, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, conduct rounds, document care, and contribute to quality improvement while coordinating with families and other professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations governing care facilities
• Leadership and supervisory abilities

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
• Supervise and direct activities of STNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans with other professionals
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate resident records and progress notes
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve care quality
