Job summary

Aventura at Westpark in Cincinnati, OH is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents in a supportive environment.

Shifts include Days 7a-7:30p FT/PT, Nights 7p-7:30a FT/PT, and PRN Days/Nights. The pay range is $27-37 per hour, with bonuses, shift differentials, daily pay option, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in OH.
• At least 6 months of experience as an LPN.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
