Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio is required.
- Minimum 6 months of LPN experience noted in role expectations.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-focused and ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor health status, vital signs, and progress.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to deliver quality care.
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists for care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health management.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
- Participate in QA activities and continuous improvement.
