Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio is required.
• Minimum 6 months of LPN experience noted in role expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor health status, vital signs, and progress.

• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Participate in QA activities and continuous improvement.
