Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery (RN-L&D) to join our Roswell, NM team. You will provide obstetric nursing care to mothers and newborns, monitor fetal status, and document care in the EMR.

Experience/Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license for the relevant state or country.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred; 2+ years L&D experience.
• Proficient monitoring of maternal-fetal status and interpretation of data.
• Ability to perform and assist obstetric procedures and emergency protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical records; accurate documentation and coding.
• Strong infection prevention, safety standards, and compliance knowledge.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team participation with clear care plan execution.

• Strong communication skills; ability to elevate risks promptly.
