St. David's North Austin Medical Center is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Labor and Delivery unit to coordinate and provide patient care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, teach families, and support discharge planning.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience, ADN with BSN preferred, and Texas RN (or Compact) license with current BLS and ACLS/ALS credentials. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a robust total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience as an RN.
• ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide patient care for all assigned L&D patients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and provide family-centered teaching.
• Facilitate discharge planning and teaching.
