Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-time, 12-hour night shift. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and Daily Pay, with tuition reimbursement programs in place.

RN graduates and experienced nurses alike are welcomed; Indiana RN license and CPR are required or obtained within 60 days. Benefits begin at day one, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN license in Indiana.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• 1 year bedside experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per established standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Act as patient advocate and collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Education:Graduate of an accredited RN program.

Licensure:RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

Experience:Looking for RN's with at least 1 year of beside experience, preferably experience in L&D or Mother Baby, we are open to New Grads as well.
